Unlike the cardboard tree you used to hang from your rearview mirror- when the scent runs out of this freshie, you can spray it to refill it. You'll never need to throw this away.

- How To Use: Hang in your car, or any other small space like offices, closets, bathrooms, etc. Allow the leather air freshener to hang freely- avoid contact with textiles and surfaces. *Most people refill their genuine leather air freshener with 3 squirts of our refill scents one time per month.*
- Scent Descriptions:
- Cowboy scent is a masculine fragrance of a blend of grapefruit and bergamot with notes of amber, patchouli, oakmoss, and sandalwood.
- Leather & Lace is a tiny bit more feminine than cowboy, smelling like freshly tanned leather enhanced with the massage of saddle soap.
- Cactus & Dewberry is the most feminine scent of the three we offer. This succulent cactus scent hits you with subtle floral arrangements, pear nectar, and a sweet perfume of agave sugar.
- Mixing & matching our three refill scents is absolutely fine! They all work well together.

Generally, we ship out the same day, or the following business day, depending on what time you place your order. Unless otherwise noted in the product description, all items are shipped directly from our storefront in Waukon.
We offer free local pickup at our store located at 5 E Main St, Waukon, IA 52172. You will receive an automated e-mail when your order is ready for pickup. It only takes us a few minutes to pull your order from the showroom and package it.
Please note that your order may not come in the original box. We take pride in recycling and doing our part to care for the environment. We will utilize the smallest box possible to allow for priority shipping. Please follow our lead and RECYCLE! :)
If your order tracking shows "delivered," but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office. Your local post office or UPS store will GPS the package to locate it for you. If it shows "delivered" and they cannot find your package, please contact your local law enforcement or file a claim with USPS/UPS. Broker Leather is not responsible for packages after they leave our store.
Returns:
Refunds for store credit on full-price items in their original condition [tags attached, no signs of wear and tear, free from pet hair/pet smell/cigarette smoke/stains, etc.] will be offered up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returns/exchanges cannot be accepted after 30 days.
To complete your return, the form on the reverse side of your packing slip must be included with the product you are returning. Any returns submitted without this accompanying form [or an original receipt for an in-store purchase] will not be eligible for store credit.
The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the goods. ALL Shipping costs are non-refundable. The original cost of shipping incurred by Broker Leather will be deducted from your store credit. If you applied a discount code to complete your purchase the amount deducted will not be included in the store credit refund and further access to that code may be revoked by the computer system.
Your store credit refund request will be processed within 2-4 business days of receiving your returned package. You will be issued sufficient funds in-store credit via the e-mail address attached to the qualifying order. Store credit does not expire and can be used in-store and/or online.
Gift cards, sale barn items, any item sold at a discount, hats, wild rags, hair clips, sunglasses, and all jewelry are FINAL SALE.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or packing slip as proof of purchase. Please include your receipt or packing slip in the box/bag you are returning.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return qualifies for store credit, the original cost of return shipping incurred by Broker Leather will be deducted.
If shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Exchanges
Please follow the return policy above to exchange your goods for a different size. Once you receive your store credit gift card via e-mail, you can place a separate order online for your desired size (or an entirely different item, if you prefer!)
