Shipping policy
Our computer system is exceptionally robust, and we are excited for you to receive your order~ so we are very quick to ship! We try our best to ship orders out the same day, but if we can't, it will surely go out the following business day.
As long as you enter your e-mail at checkout, you'll receive tracking information as soon as we package your purchase. [If you don't see it~ please check your junk/spam folders.]
Please note that your order may not come in the original box. We take pride in recycling and doing our part to care for the environment. We will utilize the smallest box possible to allow for priority shipping. Please follow our lead and RECYCLE! :)
If your order tracking shows "delivered," but you haven't received it, please get in touch with your local post office. Your local post office or UPS store will GPS the package to locate it for you. If it shows "delivered" and they cannot find your package, don't hesitate to contact your local law enforcement or file a claim with USPS/UPS. Broker Leather cannot be held responsible for packages after they leave our store.
