Today I cleaned out my email inbox and came across this message from one of the women at the top of my role model list. I received that e-mail more than four months ago, and I saved it for this exact reason. I felt the urge to share Dakota's uplifting words, and for some reason, I thought this was the exact place to do so. You see, I met Dakota through her position with Ariat Sales.
