I've been told this on occasion, "Whoa, Nelly, hold your horses." It's usually when I get on a rampage about a topic I'm passionate about. But hey, now you can go on a tangent wearing our Nelly Hold Your Horses Crewneck.  Stay warm and Western, drama queens; there's no need to hold the horses when you're wearing our favorite color of the season. 

  • Sizing Suggestion: Wear true to size for the model's fit.  Aubree is normally a small, and is wearing a small here.
  • Classic crewneck sweatshirt.
  • Base Color is Sage Green with Chocolate Brown Graphic.
  • Features six unique saddle sketches, perfect for the Western Cowgirl.
  • Made of 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex

Shipping:

  • US Standard Shipping: $8.50 flat rate for orders under $99. Orders over $99 ship FREE.
  • Local Delivery: Please stay tuned for additional information about free local delivery and a weekly pickup in Waukon.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, typically within 48 hours.

Please note: Broker Leather cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages. If your package is lost in transit, the buyer must file a claim with USPS. Refunds will not be issued for lost packages.

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

  • Eligible Returns: Returns on unworn, full-price items in their original condition are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must have tags attached, show no signs of wear, and be free from pet hair, pet odors, cigarette smoke, stains, etc.

  • Refunds: Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Final Sale Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Gift cards
    • Sale Barn items
    • Any item sold at a discount
    • Wild rags, sunglasses, and jewelry

  • Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including original and return shipping.

Important: To complete your return, please include the return form located on the backside of your packing slip. Returns submitted without this form will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If your return is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 2-4 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges:

We want you to love what you wear! If your full-price item isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to exchange it.

  • Please return your qualifying unworn item in its original condition — tags attached, no signs of wear and tear, and free from pet hair, pet odors, cigarette smoke, stains, etc.
  • Exchanges must be received within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • To ensure you get the item you want, simply place a new order for your desired size or style.
