Local Delivery: Please stay tuned for additional information about free local delivery and a weekly pickup in Waukon.

Please note: Broker Leather cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages. If your package is lost in transit, the buyer must file a claim with USPS. Refunds will not be issued for lost packages.

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Eligible Returns: Returns on unworn, full-price items in their original condition are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must have tags attached, show no signs of wear, and be free from pet hair, pet odors, cigarette smoke, stains, etc.
Refunds: Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Final Sale Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Sale Barn items
- Any item sold at a discount
- Wild rags, sunglasses, and jewelry
Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including original and return shipping.

Important: To complete your return, please include the return form located on the backside of your packing slip. Returns submitted without this form will not be eligible for a refund.

If your return is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund requests will be processed within 2-4 business days of receiving your return.

We want you to love what you wear! If your full-price item isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to exchange it.

Exchanges must be received within 30 days of your purchase date.
