BOTOX:

Lisa Zidlicky Myers, the owner of Balm Medical Aesthetics located in Decorah, will be performing Botox Injections at Broker Leather in Waukon during this event. Lisa has been a RN for 20 years. She has a variety of nursing experience including dermatology. She's currently am an ER nurse and finishing up her Masters degree to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been certified to inject Botox and dermal fillers by the American Medical Educators since 2021.

If you are interested in receiving Botox during this event, or in the future at Lisa's salon, please email your name, birthdate, phone number to Lisa at balmmedicalaesthetics@gmail.com.

Lisa will reply to your email with the pre-appointment questionnaire and consent forms that you will need to complete.

Once you decide that you want to schedule, it will require a $50 deposit- that will be credited to your treatment.
