It's that Brisk time of year.
Here in Iowa, our fall transition to winter sometimes has a little identity crisis. It's the time of year when the air is brisk. The weather isn't quite qualified for a "Burr. Cold." statement but thick socks, a Carhartt vest, and a beanie are strongly suggested.
