It's that Brisk time of year.
Here in Iowa, our seasonal transitions sometimes encounter a little identity crisis. It's the time of year when the air is brisk. The weather isn't quite qualified for a "Burr. Cold." statement, but layers including a puffer vest and a wild rag are strongly suggested.
