The bag section measures approx. 14" L x 6" T x 2" D.
3 pockets total: all featuring a zipper closure. One pocket along the full backside of the bag, one along the full interior of the bag and one small front pocket measuring approx. 6" x 4".
Strap measures approx. 23" at the smallest adjustment & 37" at the largest adjustment.
